The first step lies in asking deep questions and soul searching ,who am i? am i a leader or a follower ,what do i love to do ,then focus ,run your own race and only you can be the winner on that track

As long as the world stands there will always be people who cant face you but will rather destroy your reputation before anyone who knows you,or cares to know you,AND YES,IT CAN HURT REALLY BAD.

However the more you think about what you have heard they said and it hurts you, you give them power to hurt you more cos you give your energy up and they continue to enjoy the fact that it hurts you.

What to do ?

Ignore them ,pretend you didn't hear it ,if anyone comes to you saying this is what this person said about you,tell them you don't want to hear it ,you don't want to be party to it cos if you don't hear it ,it don't hurt you.
